Embroidery Thread wrapped Earrings | Creature Comforts
I’m gonna do it. I’m gonna get my ears pierced. I keep finding these awesome earring DIYs that I know would be super easy to make and look adorable (especially those black and white ones, eep!) but can’t wear them. Though this could lead to a really bad spending binge on gorgeous earrings… that’s a price I’m willing to pay!
DIY Nail Sticker Decals Using Scotch Tape. This is similar to Small Good Things’ technique here. Tutorial from The Beauty Department here.

I still haven’t put up my Christmas tree or any Christmas paraphernalia, and I’m feeling pretty like I need to get something up for the season! This ‘lazy’ modern wreath is perfect because all you need is fabric, wire and a safety pins - no sewing, stitching, hot glue, mess or fuss! And hopefully making this will get me in the mood to finally pull out my tree!

Scrap Lace Tennis Shoes | Dream A Little Dream
This year has been a year of many changes, one of which is that I am becoming a weirdy obsessive shoes girl! It all started with a pair of black boots and just exploded from there. Now my favourite thing to do is go shoe shopping! I picked up a couple of cheap pairs of sand shoes last Saturday (they were only $8 each!) with a plan on doing something with them and then I saw this DIY and knew this would be perfect.
How To: Jewelry Wall : Something Like That
This looks like a much sleeker jewelry wall than the one I made. I like her use of rods or necklaces and it would work great for bracelets with clasps; but a mug rack is still my favourite way to store bangles.

DIY No-Glue Scrapbook (by Martha Stewart)
The receipts, ticket stubs, maps, and postcards you collect on a trip paint a picture of vacation fun, but assembling an album can be a chore. To simplify the process, fill a three-ring binder with plastic sleeves meant for business and baseball cards. Slide souvenirs into compartments, or if they don’t fit, use a paper clip to attach them to a pocket. Trim maps, and slide them into the binder’s outside sleeves (even on the spine).
30 Minute Tote Bag | All The Good Girls Go To Heaven
I’ve finally gotten in to the habit of taking my bags with me to the store, but of course have found that all the bags I have a too small to actually fit anything into them! I think the solution is to make a couple of these super easy totes to chuck in my handbag. The beauty of using faux leather is that it doesn’t fray so the only stitches you’re going to have to make is to keep the two pieces together - a great beginner sewing project!
